Situated next to Arrowfield Stud, Bellerive was adjoined in 2005. The property serves as a boutique mare farm providing walk-on facilities and a fully integrated service, including yearling preparation, for clients.

Bellerive's fertile 461 acres consist of sheltered river flats surrounded by expansive hill paddocks which in recent years have reared and sold such athletes as Group 2 winners Rekindled Interest, Hot Snitzel, Dances on Waves & Hurried Choice, stakeswinners Hidden Wonder, Ego's Dare, Come Hither, stakes performers Rekindled Alliance, Almindoro, Flowerchild Startsmeup, Saramenha and Snitzerland. Recent debut 2YO city winner Flying Snitzel is also a Bellerive graduate.

All paddocks are irrigated and pasture improved. In addition to access to extensive pasture, horses receive a daily nutritional programme designed and overseen by Kentucky Equine Research. An onsite veterinarian provides 24 hour/7 day a week support, and an onsite farrier ensures regular trimming and corrective shoeing services.

The farm is managed by Brian Gorman who is supported by Jo Monehan (broodmares), Amanda Wilson (administration and client services) and a wider team of equine staff.
